Dilemma
Aer Lingus is in trouble. They're losing money at an enormous rate and so they've decided to outsource much of their ground operations. Look at the following quote from the article:
Somebody should tell them that the word they are looking for is "compulsory".
Aer Lingus has set a 15 December deadline for staff to accept voluntary severance or early retirement.
